But sometimes manufacturing defects can be occurred. All products are sent after the pre-inspection from our company before packaging the products. Rarely our inspections aren’t accurate because inspections are proceeded with our eyes. However, when you found the manufacturing defect on our product after receiving it, please contact us. We always listen carefully to avoid any inconveniences from our customers.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can exchange or refund the product through online inquiry within 10 days.
- The returned product must be in the same original packaging as the new product. Blackbriar reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not in sellable condition.
- Damage caused by excessive or prolonged use is not considered as a defect.
- However, if a defect is found in the product after wearing it, please contact us online within 90 days of receipt.
- We offer a one-year warranty for product repair only for products that are recognized to be defective.
- For return shipping, we will arrange delivery with UPS shipping reception for return service, and the customer will receive the delivery (invoice) number from UPS and proceed with additional steps according to the company's guidance.

- For clothes laundry, please refer to the washing method indicated on the care label inside the clothes.
- You cannot wash bags and accessories. Handwashing or washing with a washing machine can cause the product damage.
- If there is a foreign substance on the product, it is recommended to wipe the part with a wet towel. Exchange or refund is not possible due to damage to the product caused by laundry.
